Doko Agent is an assistant made by Elido Technology, a company registered in Nepal. This page says what we keep about you, why, who else handles it, and how to take it with you or delete it. Questions go to hello@dokoagent.com.

What we keep

Your account: your name, your email, and either a scrambled form of your password (we never store the password itself) or the ID Google gives us when you sign in with Google.
What you send and make: your chats, the files and photos you attach, your projects and their instructions, and the pictures and videos you make.
How much you use it: how much of your plan’s allowance you have used, when you last sent a message, and the history of your top-ups and videos.
Billing: your plan, and the IDs Stripe gives us for you and your subscription. Your card details go to Stripe and never reach us.
Connected apps: if you connect Social Doko, GitHub or Vercel, the sign-in each gives us, kept on our server so we can act for you when you ask.

Why we keep it

To run Doko Agent for you: to answer your messages, make your pictures and videos, keep your chats, take payment for your plan, keep your account secure, stop abuse, and help you when you write to us. We do not sell your information, we do not show you ads, and we do not use your chats to advertise to you.

Who else handles it

AI model providers. To write a reply or make a picture or a video, we send your message, the recent conversation, and any file or photo you attached to the AI provider that does that work. They send the result back to us. We send only what that request needs.
Stripe takes card payments and keeps your card details.
Google signs you in if you choose Continue with Google. The app’s pages also load their fonts from Google Fonts.
Our hosting provider runs the servers your data is kept on.
Social Doko, only if you connect it: what you ask Doko Agent to do there, like publishing a post, is sent to your Social Doko workspace, and only after you allow it in the chat.
GitHub and Vercel, only if you connect them: the code, changes and deployments you ask Doko Agent to make go to your own GitHub repositories or Vercel projects.
The law: we share information if we are required to by law, and only what is required.

Who at Elido Technology can see it

A small number of people at Elido Technology run Doko Agent. Our admin tools show account details, plans, usage, and the pictures, videos, and attached photos kept with the service, so we can support you and stop misuse. They do not show the contents of your chats. We look at stored data beyond that only when we need to run, secure, or fix the service, or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Your chats, files, pictures, and videos stay until you delete them or your account. When you delete a chat, the files and videos in it go with it. When you delete your account in Settings, we remove your account, your chats, your files, your pictures, and your videos from our servers. Records we must keep by law, such as payment records held by Stripe, are kept for as long as the law says.

Your choices

Download your chats, projects, and settings as one file from Settings at any time.
Delete any chat, picture, or video, or your whole account.
Disconnect Social Doko, GitHub or Vercel from Plugins at any time; we then forget the sign-in it gave us.

Cookies

We use one cookie to keep you signed in, and a short-lived one while you sign in with Google. A random device ID, kept for about 13 months, lets us give each browser its free allowance once. If you open a Doko link inside another app’s built-in browser and choose to stay there, a cookie remembers that choice for 30 days. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Security

Pages are served over HTTPS, passwords are stored only in scrambled form, and our servers keep only a scrambled form of each sign-in session. No service is perfectly secure; if something goes wrong that affects you, we will tell you.

Children

Doko Agent is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly keep information about them. If you think a child has made an account, write to us and we will delete it.

Changes

If we change this page in a way that matters, we will say so in the app before the change applies. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
