These terms are between you and Elido Technology, a company registered in Nepal, which makes Doko Agent. By creating an account or using Doko Agent you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use it. Questions go to hello@dokoagent.com.

Your account

You need to be at least 13 to use Doko Agent. Give us a real email, keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. You are responsible for what happens in it. One account is for one person.

Using it fairly

Do not use Doko Agent to:

break the law, or help anyone else break it;
make sexual content involving minors, or sexual content of a real person without their consent;
harass, threaten, or deceive people, or pretend to be a person or business you are not;
make content that infringes someone else’s copyright, trademark, or privacy;
send spam, or post on Pages you are not allowed to manage;
try to get around the plan limits, attack or overload the service, or read data that is not yours.

We may stop a request, remove content, or suspend an account that breaks these rules.

What it makes

Doko Agent uses AI, and AI can be wrong. Its answers, posts, pictures, and videos can contain mistakes, and they are not professional advice. Check what matters before you rely on it or publish it. You are responsible for what you do with what it makes, including what you post.

What you send stays yours, and so does what Doko Agent makes for you: you may use it, change it, and publish it, as long as you follow these terms and the law. You give us permission to keep and process your content only to run Doko Agent for you.

Social Doko and other connected apps

If you connect Social Doko, Doko Agent can act in your Social Doko workspace when you ask it to. Anything that changes something there, like publishing a post or replying to a customer, waits for you to allow it in the chat. Social Doko’s own terms apply to your use of Social Doko.

Plans and payment

Free comes with a one-time allowance to try Doko Agent. It does not renew; when it is used up, you can upgrade to keep going.
Pro and Max are subscriptions paid monthly or yearly, charged in US dollars by Stripe at the start of each month or year of the plan until you cancel. Each month brings a new usage allowance, on yearly plans too. The app shows how much you have used as a percentage. Rupee amounts on the site are estimates at Nepal Rastra Bank’s rate for that day.
Cancelling: cancel any time from the billing page in the app. Your plan stays until the end of the month you paid for, then you move to Free. We do not refund part of a month.
Top-ups add to your plan’s usage, for chat, pictures, and videos. What a top-up adds is used after your plan’s usage for the month and does not expire while your account is open. If a video fails to make, the usage it took is given back. Top-ups cannot be exchanged for cash except where the law requires it.
Price changes: if we change the price of your plan, we will tell you before your next payment, and you can cancel before the new price applies.

Ending your account

You can delete your account in Settings at any time; your data is then removed as our privacy page describes. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other people or the service at risk, and we will tell you why unless the law or someone’s safety stops us.

Changes to Doko Agent

We improve Doko Agent all the time, so features, models, and limits can change. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will say so in the app before the change applies.

Our responsibility

We work to keep Doko Agent running and your data safe, but we provide it as it is, without promises that it will always be available or free of mistakes. As far as the law allows, Elido Technology is not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits or lost data, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the problem. Nothing in these terms takes away rights the law gives you that cannot be taken away.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. If something goes wrong, write to hello@dokoagent.com first and we will try to put it right. A disagreement we cannot settle that way goes to the courts of Nepal. If you live elsewhere, this does not take away the protection your own country’s consumer law gives you.
