A person at Elido Technology reads and answers every message. Say what you did, what you expected and what happened; a screenshot or the chat’s link helps us find it.

Your account and plan

Can’t sign in? Write to us from the email on your account, and we will help you back in.
Plans and billing: upgrade, change, or cancel from Plans in the app. A cancelled plan stays until the end of the month you paid for; the terms have the details.
Deleting your account: Settings, then Delete account. It removes your chats, files, and connected apps, as the privacy page describes.

GitHub

Connect GitHub from Plugins in the sidebar, and choose on GitHub which repositories Doko can see.
Doko saves changes on a new branch with a pull request, and asks you first. Your main branch changes only when you merge.
Disconnect any time from the GitHub window in Plugins.

Vercel

Connect Vercel from Plugins, or from the button Doko shows when you ask to put a site online. Give Doko Agent access to All Projects, so it can make a project for each new site.
Ask Doko to deploy, and it puts the chat’s site, or one of your GitHub repositories, on your own Vercel account. You get the live link and a preview beside the chat; deploying again under the same name updates that link.
Doko asks before each deploy, environment variable, or domain, unless you turn off Ask before each change in the Vercel window in Plugins.
A deploy that failed: ask Doko what went wrong, and it fixes the cause and deploys again.
Disconnect from the Vercel window in Plugins; it removes Doko Agent from your Vercel account too.

Reporting a problem or misuse

Something broken, a wrong charge, or someone using Doko Agent against our terms: tell us by email or WhatsApp with what you saw, and we will look into it.
